Q: How long does it take process my decorated order?

A: Typical order procduction time is usually between 8-12 business days after artwork approval not including shipping. The longest part typically is the art approval and creative concept processes. We process every order in the fastest time possible and often ship sooner than the typical 8-12 day production time frame.


Q: What if I need my items sooner than your typical time frames, can I get them sooner?

A: Yes. We process every order in the fastest time possible and often ship sooner than the typical 8-12 day production time frame. However, rush production and rush shipping are available depending on our production schedules at the time your order is placed. Contact us and let us know the latest date you need to have your items so we can makes arrangements to meet your deadline. Although we often do our best to meet or exceed your deadlines, this service isn't always guaranteed to be avoided.


Q: Why is it when I select a shipping estimate, I receive "No freight information is currently available for this item." Does that mean shipping is free?

A: No. Shipping sometimes isn't always available through the website from our suppliers for various reasons, we are working on this daily. So to keep your order accurate, we have included the shipping cost at the final checkout stage. We are constantly working on this to provide you the most acurate and up to date information available for the products on our pages. If you place an order and you are not charged for shipping, contact us as soon as possible so we can complete your order and make the appropriate adjustments to arrange for a full and final payment. *Production begins after all clarifications, proof approvals and payments have been paid in full.


Q: I want to place an order, but I don't need 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 or more pieces, can I order less than the required minimums?

A: Yes. Typically the minimum quantities are for decorated products but some products have minimums as low as 1 piece. If you find a product you want and you happen to need less than the minimums stated, you potentially could be charged a "less than minimum" fee as the standard minimum quantity for the production run has not been met. If you run into this issue, call or email us with the product number(s) and quantities needed and we will assist you in making your purchase and help minimize any unneccessary fees.


Q: Can I order blank products?

A: Yes. Majority of the items on our site can be ordered without decoration. When ordering, uncheck the box "I Will Upload Artwork" and check the box "No Personalization Required" and we will do the rest.


Q: What is the minimum for blank products?

A: Typically our blanks don't have any minimum requirements. Some of our products will let you order blank items, however, some products will not let you order them blank. Contact us and let us know the product number and quantity and we can process the order for you.


Q: Why does the pricing stay the same whether the product is decorated or blank? I thought the product would be cost much less blank.

A: The pricing on our site reflects the industry pricing for fully decorated products at their respected minimums. The pricing on our site is not designed to refelect wholesale or discount pricing. If you see a product you want blank, send us an email and we will do our best to take care of you.
